Quality Management (ISO) Coordinator
Engineering graduate and a certified ISO internal Auditor with minimum five years experience in implementing and maintaining a certified ISO 9001-2000 QMS.
Business Operation Auditor
Engineering graduate with minimum ten years M&E Construction experience able to monitor and check site operations and audit general business functions, reporting to senior management.
Head of Maintenance
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum ten years hands on experience in HVAC and Electrical Maintenance Services covering full range of such systems. Must be able to lead, manage and expand a large maintenance and servicing department.
Quantity Surveyor
Degree qualified with minimum five years experience as contractor’s QS (preferably M&E) and experience in all post contract QS work, including estimating.
Electrical Project Engineer
Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum ten years experience with a reputable Electrical Contractor in design, planning, installation, project management and commissioning of all types of electrical projects (HV and LV).
Electrical Foreman / Supervisor .
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum ten years experience in site supervision, planning and coordination of electrical services projects. Candidates with contractors experience especially in HV sub-stations and major building projects preferred
Electrical Estimating Engineer
Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum ten years experience with reputed Contractors in Design, Estimating and Pricing of LV and HV electrical projects in Industrial, Commercial and Power Engineering Sectors
Electrical Draftsman .
Electrical Diploma and qualified in AutoCAD with experience in drafting and detailing of electrical building services including LV systems, in various range/size projects. Must be able to work independently and coordinate services drawings.
Mechanical Estimating Engineer
Degree in mechanical Engineering with minimum ten years experience with reputed Contractors in Design, Estimating and Pricing of Mechanical Services (HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Fighting) for wide range of Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects.
Mechanical Draftsman
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and qualified in AutoCAD with experience in drafting and detailing of Mechanical Building Services including Plumbing / Drainage / Fire Fighting / HVAC in various range / size projects. Must be able to work independently and co-ordinate Services drawings.
A/C Technicians
Qualified A/C technicians with minimum five years experience in servicing and maintenance of HVAC equipment and systems including chillers, packaged units, split units, controls and other elements of A/C systems
Campus Officer .
Engineering Diploma holder with minimum five years hands on experience in running and maintaining a large labor camp and staff accommodation quarters of approximate 400 people.
Executive Secretary
Qualified with at least five years experience working in a computerized office with excellent command of the English language, business self correspondence, handling of office administration matters and an excellent knowledge of MS-Office Package, internet browsing and E-Mail.
Accounts Clerk ..
Diploma holder with five years experience in assisting other Accountants in preparing financial reports in a computerized environment, carrying out data collection, recording and generating required reports.
Purchasing Clerk .
Diploma holder with five years experience in local sourcing and purchasing of M&E materials. Must be computer literate.
