Job Details 1) A crucial position in the SMO (Specialized Marketing Operation) organization marketing Structure. 2) Protects the general interest and welfare of the company above his/her own interest. 3) Upholds the ideals, morale and objectives of the company at all times and ensures that the policies and guidelines laid down by the company are fully understood by his/her subordinates and are properly and effectively implemented. 4) Performs in-depth interview of short-listed applicants for rank and file and supervisory positions. 5) Gives pre-employment requirement listing to incoming personnel. 6) Prepares necessary documents for personnel movements. 7) Exercises administrative functions and ensures discipline and implementation of proper office decorum. 8) Takes full management responsibility of the division, reporting directly to the senior manager of the division. 9) Directly leads and manages associate managers and corporate executives. 10) Plans, schedules and oversees training activities in a given time frame to ensure timely delivery of client requests. 11) Submits marketing reports as required by his/her immediate supervisors
