-college graduate , preferably wiht an Industrial Engineering or Managemnt degree
-Has gained at least 3-5 years work experience
Competencies:
- Knowledge of plant operations
- High level of analytical skills for determining appropriate inventory levels and controls, production and delivery schedules
- stronlg ability in production planning and control
-Strong ability in people management
