China Country Director - China
Duties: Implement strategic plan and develop program components of medical programs throughout China. Foster relationships with government, health officials and other NGOs, oversee field staff.
Requires: Graduate degree in related field (medicine, public health), prior international development management and negotiation skills, interaction with high level officials. Experience in working/living in China or Asia, proficiency in Mandarin, eye care programs would be an asset.
Program Manager - China
Duties: Coordinate medical, nursing and technology programs at training centre, provide technical and managerial support to hospital officials, healthcare workers, identify future training needs, monitor and evaluate blindness programs.
Requires: Medical or Nursing Degree, minimum 3 years in health program development and management. Experience in working/living in China or Asia, proficiency in Mandarin, eye care programs would be an asset.
