- Preferably an Agriculture (Dev Com, Horticulture, etc.) graduate, or related courses, i.e. Advertising, Journalism, Mass Communications;
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a supervisory capacity;
- Prior experience, knowledge and exposure to sales and marketing, particularly in the preparation and production of promotional and sales materials is an advantage;
- Good and comfortable command of English and Tagalog (both oral and written);
- Female, between the ages of 25 to 35 years old;
- Hardworking and proactive;
- Computer literate;
- Willing to travel (but will be based in Manila Head Office);
- Pleasing personality and good communications skills;
