Must be a college graduate from a reputable university (UP, Ateneo, Lasalle, UST) or must be at the top 10% of the class and must be possess the following:
1. Personable
2. Responsible
3. Can speak fluent English
4. Can draft letters and correspondences
5. Capable of multi-tasking
6. Can work with minumum supervision
7. Resourceful
