Job Description
· To provide expert technical support to area maintenance engineers.
· To diagnose, analyse and carry pout root cause failure analysis, highlight reasons for equipment failure and advise on remedial measures to avoid failures.
· To enforce the implementation of the company health, safety and environment management system(HSE-MS) and also promote awareness of its use among all division and department personnel
· To identify equipment requiring improvement and modification, prepare scope and implement changes with available resources.
· To arrange vendor support for resolving complex problems not identified by local sources
· To coordinates and prepare annual operating and capital budget proposals, as well as 5 years business plan
· To review status and follow up on requests associated with capital and Extra Ordinary maintenance items
· To supervise and execute extra ordinary maintenance work orders with vendor of first line maintenance assistance.
· To maintain and updates a centralised control system failure report files and analyses data and recommended solutions for abnormal and repeated failures
· To ensure maximum utilization of the Maximo CMMS SYSTEM for equipment history and analysis data.
· To ensure implementation of competency based training & development programs, trough use of personal development plans (POP’s) and UAE Nationalization directives.
