Engineer (Embedded & hardware design services ) must have combination of one or more skill sets :
1. Designing and verifying complex ASICs, IP/Cores, system-on-chip and custom ICs with good exposure to EDA tools and Verilog based methodologies. Knowledge of A/V data compression standards such as MPEG2 , MPEG4, JPEG2000 is highly preferred .
2. Develop electronics systems for next generation wireless/handheld computing devices.
3. Design and debug mobile devices integrating industry-leading GSM/GPRS, WirelessLAN and Bluetooth chipsets.
4. Real-time embedded software applications design in mobile electronics/ communication.
5. Design RF active and passive circuits and antennas.
The candidate must have minimum three years of professional experience in hardware design or embedded development environment with strong skill sets in C, C++ , apart from having an interest in cutting edge technologies such as digital audio and video , networks and signal processing . Excellent problem solving abilities ,good communication skills and teamwork are critical . The candidate must have a a BS degree in Electronics ,Computer Science; MS preferred.
