Qualification:
M.Sc in Microbiology
Experience :
Minimum 6 Years of experience in independently handling microbiology department in pharmaceutical industry. Preference will be given to Candidates with experience of working in all the three dosage forms of LVP (Large volume paranterals ), Oral Solid dosage forms & Oral Liquid Dosage forms
Job Responsibilities :
Preparation and storage of cultures and media for microbiological testing. Microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates and finished products. Recording and evaluating correctness of test and results Investigating and solving problems related to tests performed.
Establishment and execution of a hygiene monitoring program for production areas.
Establishment and execution of water monitoring programme.Conducting Endotoxin (LAL) limit tests for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates and finished products. Validation of test methods with regard to e.g. precision, (repeatability and reproducibility), accuracy, selectivity and limit of detection. Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and Validation of laboratory facilities e.g. autoclaves and LAF-units. Participate in the self-inspection activities and training of the personnel in skills related to the individuals assigned tasks.
