Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Phd
Experience :
Minimum 15 Years of experience in independently handling formulation development department in pharmaceutical industry. Preference will be given to Candidates with experience of working in various dosage forms of LVP (Large volume paranterals ), Oral dosage forms, SVP, Ointment & Creams.
Job responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all R & D activities related to product formulation and development in accordance with company strategies & policies.
- Plan and manage stability study program schedules for all new and existing products.
- Review & Approve all reports related to formulations and stability data and coordinate with all departments to achieve best results.
- Propose Departmental Budgets & follow up performance
- Ensure adherence to SOP’s & GMP & participate in their periodic reviews
- Participate in Staff Training Programs.
