Our company is looking for people in the cemetery or memorial park business to assist us
permanently in a memorial park project in Indonesia.
The work location will be in Jakarta (Capital City) head office and the project will be in Karawang
( about 1 hour drive from Jakarta). The total size of the project is 200 hectares, but we will
start with 30 -50 hectares in the first phase.
The job requirements and specifications are :
1. Sales & Marketing
Available position : Manager ( minimum experience of 2 years in this
specialized business field ) or Director ( minimum experience 6 years )
Work Task : 1. Recruit, train and oversee marketing sales force.
2. Assist us in developing sales commision
scheme and bonus
3. Assist us in developing marketing & advertising strategy and
implementing them (primary or Pre- need market)
2. Design & Engineering
Available Position: Senior Manager ( minimum 4 years )
Work Task 1. Assist us in developing a master plan and detail
engineering plan together with our team .
2. Assist us in tombs designs.
3. Management
Available position : Manager ( with 3 years minimum experienced) or
Director ( minimum experience 8 years)
Work task : 1. Develop long term and short term startegic plans
2. Develop operational regulation .
Overseas day-to day operation
We need these people immidietly as the project will start at the beginning of next year.
Salary and benefits shall be considerated later depending on applicants experiences (negotiable) , but
we will surely provide round trip air tickets every 3 months, full service apartment, car with driver, and health benefits
