General Manager
Don Clowers Ministries, Philippines

Job Summary: Under general supervision from Executive Director (ED) and World Outreach Director (WOD) responsible for all aspects of operating the DCM Manila office. This includes but is not limited to administration, staff training and management, ministry development and public relations. Report to ED in development and administration matters. Report to WOD in matters related to outreach, conferences and crusades.

Characteristic job tasks and responsibilities:

1. Staff management including input on job descriptions, hiring and discharging, training and day-to-day supervision. Do regular performance evaluations. Maintain official employee records. Assure that everything is done in strictest compliance with Philippine employer/employee regulations.

2. Oversee recruitment and coordination of volunteers.

3. Responsible for all administrative functions of the Philippine ministry. This will include but not be limited to processing of all mail, including mass mailouts, product order processing and use of ACS data systems. See that appropriate weekly and monthly reports are sent to International Office.

4. Assist World Outreach Director as needed in relation to outreach, conferences and crusades

5. In keeping the Pastor Don Clowers’ vision and the general direction of DCM, establish annual goals for the Philippine ministry. Develop and implement plans to enable DCM to minister more effectively in the Philippines and to reach the annual goals. Work closely with ED on this.

6. Responsible for the ongoing development of Harvest Partners in the Philippines. This development should include but not necessarily be limited to increasing the number of committed Harvest Partners, working with International Office in improving communication with existing Harvest Partners, developing local Harvest Partner teams to involve them more fully in the ministry in both volunteer work and prayer support.

7. Responsible for product marketing development. Consider all appropriate outlets such as church bookstores, Christian bookstores, and book/tape tables at conferences and crusades.

8. Responsible for developing and maintaining favorable public relations with Philippine ministries, businesses and individuals.

Minimum qualifications
4-year college degree
Pastoral recommendation
Prefer one year related experience
