Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, and implementing the Sales & Marketing policies. Set strategies, and programs to meet corporate objectives of the Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters on maximizing sales volume, profitability, and market share with a dual reporting function to the Philippine Office and Regional Office.
2. Develop operating plans with clear objectives in accordance with the set sales strategies and targets.
3. Generates sales of company products through direct selling activities, promotional visits, and customer liaison, which involve the servicing of prospective and existing clients.
4. Presents Hella products in a variety of ways to create awareness and interest. Conducts Sales visits to customers within the Philippines market and prepares monthly sales reports for both local and regional office.
5. Prepares necessary recommendations to facilitate delivery of goods to customers.
6. Directs, monitors and evaluates the selling and promotional activities of the salesmen and implements necessary actions to maximize sales volume, gross profits and market share within his group.
Qualifications:
1. College degree, commerce or electrical engineering preferable.
2. Good oral and written English communications skills with knowledge of Chinese.
3. Ability to drive a motor vehicle, and willing to travel regularly throughout the Philippines and occasionally abroad.
4. Computer skills preferred in word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
5. Pleasant personality with the ability to generate, and maintain good customer rapport.
6. Minimum five years sales experience.
