Urgent opening for General Manager (Projects) for Optical fiber glass cable laying.
Emoluments : Rs. 10 to 12 Lacs. P.A.
We are urgently looking for our client, which is 100 crore group,
Qualification : Graduate Engineer : Civil/Mechanical/Telecommunication , preferably with MBA
Responsibilities :-
(1) Project reviews with regional heads & Corporate Finance, Materials, Human Resources, Quality & Marketing
Heads: MIS, Performance Appraisal.
(2) Allocation & optimization of all project resources: Overall projects profitability, Resource allocation.
(3) Cash flow for projects: Customer satisfaction, Project approval.
(4) Annual budgeting & controlling: timely completion of projects, Material budget/Indent approvals.
(5) New business & Technology.
(6) New business & technology
(7) Resource forecasting
(8) Team building/Motivating/Mentoring
(9) Customer relations
(10) Pre tender inputs & contract vetting.
(11) Overall monitoring of all projects.Establishment of work benchmark with
respect to time,Methodology & growth.
Background Industry :
Project Management of Large scale multiple projects
( National/International ) Viz.
Optical fiber glass cable laying
Cross country Pipe lines
Turnkey large scale/value projects.
Experience : 15 to 20 years
Age Group : 40 to 45 years.
Reporting Structure :
Will be reporting to Director (operations), 4 Regional heads will directly reporting to G.M.(Projects)
Total Man Management of about 200 professionals(Direct & Indirect)
