Cook should be qualified and experienced to work on a 30m sailing ship for around 9 month a year. He should be able to prepare continental breakfast, lunch and dinner.It is necessary that he is able to speak english and german.
Bosun should be experienced for working on a sailing ship, because he has to do all the oldfashion work on traditional sailing ships. Good knowledge of english or german language is necesssary.
