All applications from nurses must have the USA CGFNS certification. Plus if they are coming from a non English speaking country they must also have a valid English speech and written certification TOEFL.
The hourly pay for the nurses in California is between $20 - $24 per hour, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Below are the Nurses basic requirements:
1). Graduated from a college with at least 3 year nursing education
2). Having a registered nurse license at the home country
3). Having minimum 2 years working experience at hospitals
4). CGFNS Certification
5). TOEFL Certification
6). TSE Certification.
We apply for a temporary nursing license valid for 6 months and working visa enabling you to enter the U.S. to take employment immediately after arrival and attend there 8-week review class at the same in order to get prepared for passing the license exam. NCLEX-RN.
Then the hospital will help you roll over to permanent residency once they pass NCLEX-RN within 6 months time. Most important is that when you are waiting for the result of NCLEX-RN and when the immigrant petition is under process, you are are still eligible to work without being required to leave the U.S.
Nurses ONLY reply if you have the CGFNS-TOEFL Certifications.
