Superby Business Analyst role for Experienced Individual
· Needs to be proactive, hard working; interested in “looking beyond the obvious” when inspecting data; interested in searching for the “real business implications” behind the numbers
· Able to manage projects (set objectives, timetable, liase as required with appropriate contributors in Procurement, Marketing, Operations, MIS etc; conduct the analyses within agreed deadlines, review findings, draw conclusions, help communicate them to the relevant decision makers)
· Interested in managing analysis projects in a fast moving, dynamic business environment
· Strong Management Accounting and/or Financial Management expertise with several years of business-analysis experience, preferably in marketing and/or business decision support area
· Good familiarity with Excel and database package(s) is a must. Familiarity with statistical software packages would be an advantage. Ability to assimilate such packages is a must
· Familiarity with market research tools and techniques will be a plus
· Proven expertise in setting up statistical experiments to test real life business hypotheses would be an advantage
· Degree holder. Preferably but not essentially in a relevant area (MBA, CMA, Statistics, Economics, Finance)
· Excellent English skills
