Looking for someone with web page creation/maintenance knowledge, possibly some graphic skill too, to help me in personal web site maintenance - preferably someone based in Manila and using MS Front Page 2000. This is an extra-job type of work, as many hours are not required and I am not a company but an individual. Ideal for student or off-work programmer.
