You have optimised & reviewed engineering designs related to either of these areas: highway,bridge,structural,geotechnical,water, in a consultant or contractor firm. You love the challenges of a fast-paced company,in a culturally different environment. You have a Civil Engineering degree with at least 8 years' working experience, designing any of the areas mentioned. You want to lead & work with a team of decision-makers.
