DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for smooth over-all office administration and personnel management
Supervises the admin and finance unit
Human resource management: maintains personnel records, facilitates staff evaluation and assessment, training and development, processes staff grievances for action by responsible body
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good inter-personal skills
Good written and oral skills
At least three (3) years work experience, previous experience working in an NGO is an advantage
Must know how to manage personnel
Knowledgeable in planning and budgeting for a network
Knowledge in administrative and financial systems
Familiar with Philippine labor laws and requirements
