DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Primarily responsible for smooth over-all office administration and personnel management
 Supervises the admin and finance unit
 Human resource management: maintains personnel records, facilitates staff evaluation and assessment, training and development, processes staff grievances for action by responsible body


QUALIFICATIONS:

 Good inter-personal skills
 Good written and oral skills
 At least three (3) years work experience, previous experience working in an NGO is an advantage
 Must know how to manage personnel
 Knowledgeable in planning and budgeting for a network
 Knowledge in administrative and financial systems
 Familiar with Philippine labor laws and requirements
