HR program emphasizing internal staffing & recruitment;
union & employee relations, skills development, career
pathing for middle management, and supporting line of
business managers through development of successful
relationships to help them influence organization
constituencies. Support growth objectives to include
achieving favorable balance of profitability,
productivity, and well-employed organization that
translates to customer satisfaction, and assuring
