POSITION’s NEEDED:
Automotive Service Manager & Production Foreman
Previous experience as a Service Manager or owner of a sizeable automotive repair shop, usually fits well into this position. A great opportunity because the earning potential of this position can be very high, over time.
v Automotive background preferred. Experience in Electrical & welding processes.
v Good management/supervisory ability. Will acts as a Management to Employee Liaison.
v Must have excellent English abilities, both oral and some written skills.
v Age 28 years old or above. Minimum 5 years experience (preferably 10 to 20 years).
v Able & willing to travel (possibly Local or abroad – short term stays only).
v Willing to teach others what we teach you (small groups of 4 to 6 students, hands-on type trainings both foreigners & Filipinos. We can show you how this is done).
v Must submit up-to-date Bio-data or Resume with at least one to three photos attached.
COMPOSITE FOREMAN
Requirements:
v Age 25 years old or above with 3 years minimum experience in most or all aspects of Composite/Fiberglass work, including contacts molding, spraying, mold care, mold manufacture.
v Good management/supervisory ability. Will acts as a Management to Employee Liaison.
v Must have excellent English abilities, both oral & written skills.
v Able & willing to travel (possibly Local or abroad – short term stays only).

We need a CPA for our Group of 4 young business corporations. Knowledge in accounting practices in generals & willing to work with us to help us expand. Over time, w intend to license approx. 20 additional corporations, all of which will do the same thing, but in different locations around the Philippines. Requirements:
v A degree holder in Accounting must be current licensed CPA.

v With working knowledge in Computer software application.

PLANT MANAGER
Four Years College degree in business related studies. Responsible for budgets , cash flow, production forecast, preparation of monthly material/financial reports, health, safety, employees salaries, profits forecast, discipline. Age 30 years or above.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
College degree or equivalent management experience in Automotive Engineering. Make production forecast to meet orders and ensure that programs are met. Downtime plans for mold repair, continue or improve already implemented plans for quality control, method of manufacture, materials costing, tool repair/maintenance, discipline, cleanliness, safety of shop floor personnel, moulds & products. Able to continuously motivate a workforce of up to 60 people. Reports to Plant Manager age 28 years or above.
MECHANICS, Experienced
Some vocational or some college level education preferable. Knowledgeable in mechanics, electrical and welding processes. Automotive background preferred. Someone with at least 10 years past experience in a automotive repair facility of general repair and maintenance (or worked their own shop), usually fits well into this position. Good Management/supervisory ability. Age 28 years old or above.
