* PRODUCTION MANAGER *
-College Graduate or equivalent management experience in Automotive Engineering. Make production forecast to meet orders and ensure that programs are met. Downtimer plans for mold repair, continue or improve already implemented plans for quality control, method of manufacture, material costing , tool repair/maintenance, dicipline, cleanliness, safety of shop floor personnel, moulds & products. Able to continuously motivate a workforce of up to 60 people. Reports to Plant Mgr. Age 28 yrs or above.
* MECHANICS, Experienced *
- Some vocational or some College level education preferable. Knowledge in mechanical, electrical and welding processes. Automotive repair facility of general repair and maintenance (or worked their own shop), usually fits well into this position. Good management/supervisory ability. Age 28 yrs old or above.
*COMPOSITE FOREMAN*
-3 years minimum experience in most all aspects of Composite/Fiberglass work, including contact molding, spraying, mold care, mold manufacture. good management/supervisory ability. Age 25 yrs,. old or above.
