· Provide leadership for the system administration team

· Must be willing to work hands-on and be on call 24x7
· Hard-working but flexible in his ideas
· Ability to work and interact well with superiors and subordinates
· Can work his way by route and get into the team’s unwritten rule
Knowledge & Experience
· Excellent system administration skill in any of the following field (VMS, AIX, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, AS/400)
· Capable of translating business needs into capacity, performance and availability
· Excellent network architectural skills
· Experience in the major telecoms industry an advantage
