I am a 53 year old Canadian quadraplegic male. I need a live-in caregiver. I require assistance dressing, bathing and with bathroom duties. Light housekeeping and meal preparation also expected. I would prefer a lady in her 30's or early 40's, unattached and caring.
A nursing background or the successful completion of a Caregivers course would make immigration much easier. I currently employ a Fillipina, who will be available to discuss the position and working conditions. She will soon attain open visa status, and will move forward with her life. We have become good friends, but she has a Canadian fiancee and children in the Phillipines to care for. Renumeration will be the standard package as approved by Immigration Canada, about $1600 per month. I live in my own home, a nice new home in a quiet neighbourhood, in a beautiful, small, Canadian city.
