Our U.S. Headquartered Client with facilities worldwide has a need for a Maintenance Supervisor for their Philippines location for a 12 month assignment.
The facility is a net 440 megawatts baseload pulverized coal-fired electric generation facility and an approximately 30 kilometer, 230 kilovolt (kV) transmission line and high voltage substation. It has a single boiler and turbine generator and uses sub-bituminous coal for fuel. The facility is located on an approximately 100-hectare coastal site in the Mauban Province. The transmission line extends from the facility site to a substation in Tayabas. Duties include reviewing and assisting in establishing day-to-day work order priorities, planning and scheduling maintenance work, and inspecting and approving completed work. Will oversee, and provide technical assistance, as required, on the tasks performed by various maintenance personnel. Will direct the development of maintenance procedures and instructions and assist in the evaluation and development of recommendations for plant improvements.
Requirements: Must have demonstrated experience as a maintenance supervisor in a power plant facility.
