You'll be the glue that holds it all together by overseeing our more complex Web development projects through interaction with our designers, developers and clients. We've got tight deadlines on our development schedule so we need movers & shakers! Advanced understanding of Web development technologies is essential and current experience managing people and projects is required. Hands on experience with some of the following technologies: Cold Fusion or ASP, HTML/DHTML, JAVA/JavaScript, CGI/Perl and SQL Server is preferred.
Requirements: Ability to communicate in english (speaking and writing). Keep the train moving forward! Coordinate and manage product devlopment / implementation from inception through launch. Prepare project plans & schedules for applications development, enhancement and maintenance efforts. Update and motivate team members of their timelines and deliverable dates. You'll be the one to handle all the communications and problem resolution regarding status, challenges and improvements. When we call for outside help, you manage their activities and ensure timely delivery of their services. In a nutshell ... make sure it gets done. And gets done well. We don't settle for mediocre -- we want to WOW 'em!
Salary is commensurate with experience.
