Qualifications:
- graduate of a Social Science, Behavioral Science, or other related courses
- excellent oral and written communication
- at least 2 years background in conducting training programs and managing social development projects
- multi-skilled, milti-tasking (use of AV equipment) and a good team player
- proficient in word processing & desktop publishing
Responsibilites:
- write communications, project reports
- develops training/project proposals and namages training activities and social development projects
- conducts monitoring and evaluation of development programs
