JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Develop and condut training sessions, or workshops, for food and beverage department personnel. Supervise and coordinate all menu making, pricing, food presentation, sanitation, food promotion, employees scheduling; ensure quality preparation and service at all times. Develp new ideas in conjunction with the department heads, which will increase sales, reduce costs or increase the productivity of the food and beverage operation. Make daily inspections of food and beverage departments including all restaurants, kitchens, storerooms, employees cafeteria, and under areas under his control.
