JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Directs and manages daily activities of the Guest Service Desk, Reservations, PABX, Housekeeping, Security personnel, Lobby, Business Center, Laundry Area, and other public areas to ensure guest satisfaction. Develop and conduct training sessions, or workshops for Guest Services department personnel. Reviews/upgrades and provide recommendations on operational control policies, procedures and standards. Manages and monitors purchasing, receiving, issuance, storage of stocks and other operational necessities. Check inventories and conditions of equipment, monitor losses of supplies. Oversee the cleanliness and staffing of the entire building property.
