JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Will ensure that the company procedures on recruitment, selection and placement are met at all times. Train, educate and monitor the recruitment process of all department heads/managers. Will be entirely responsible in the accreditation of manpower agencies. Provide inputs for formulation and implementation of succession planning policies and annual staffing plan forecast. Will review and improve company forms and company orientation programs.
