JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Will conduct needs identification; develop training curricula for all levels of managers and employees including customizing programs of various functions if necessary.
Design and execute training programs, participate in HR systems development, develop evaluation tools, evaluate training program effectiveness, formulate training and development policies and procedures, manage and develop competencies through training, career management, provide inputs for formulation and implementation of succession planning policy, manage training department.
