I had carried out my final year project work under the
guidance of Voltas Ltd, Bangalore. The training program
deals with the designing of air conditioning systems of a
multi-storied building complex for Siemens , which includes
the heat load calculations,suitable equipment selection,
CFM requirements of each and every rooms, duct design,
and chilled water pipes design etc……

The company is an associate of CIAT, France and deals with the
design and installation of central air conditioning systems. Also
utilize the principle of LATENT HEAT energy storage using STL
tank which can save around 20% of initial cost as well as
can reduce the capacity of chiller unit by 30-50%.

(2) planning for all the mechanical systems & cost controlling.

consultants for getting approval.
(4) Material requisition & inventory control.
(5) execution of works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.. in
co-ordination with electrical & civil works)
(6) quantity estimating with respect to the bill of
quantities( BOQ )

Now I am working with company‘s air conditioning Maintenance section and dealing with public works departments (PWD), Abudhabi, by whom I had been recognized after attending an exam.

The main responsibilities are,

A. Prepare the planned/ preventive maintenance schedules and get approval from clients/PWD.

B. Deploy man power to execute the schedules

C. Trouble shooting and maintenance of central A/C controls and refrigeration systems,

D. Prepare the list of spare parts required for execution of maintenance contracts, send enquiries, obtain prices, raise purchase orders and get the materials

E. Visit clients and job sites regularly and follow up the progress of the job

Our company is doing air-conditioning maintenance (also sales & installation) work for hospitals, schools, cold storages, palaces, mosques etc.. Which are controlled
by PWD.
