1. Smart Quiz

Self-learning software, for working force of the organization. Users can refer to online guide and then attempt the questions. On giving wrong answer, they are guided to the relevant portion in the guide where they can locate the answer to the question. Users can leave the test in between and can resume it at later date or time as per their convenience. Being web-enabled, this application gave flexibility to the work force to learn at will.

2. Quizzard

The software allows the setting of questions by the examinee & allows users for time bound tests.
The users can review their test for correct and wrong answers when the test is over. User-friendly reports were generated as per the requirements eg: Top scorer in organization, Top scorer in Division, Department, Team.

3. Leave

Automating the leave approval process. Facility for delegating the approval to co-managers, alternate approvers provision in the event of main manager being unavailable, on-line leave balances and previous leave history card for facilitating manager’s approval. Leave calendar feature for teams, departments and divisions. Integrated with Oracle based HRMS (Human Resources Management System) & Swipe-card attendance system.

4. Performance Appraisal

Automating PA process. Self-appraisal, peer review, manager’s review, appraise-appraiser meeting points. Integrated with Oracle based HRMS (Human Resources Management System).

5. Gate pass

Tracking visitor’s entry and material movement in and out of the factory.

6. Suggestion scheme

Employees and visitors can login their suggestions for the betterment of the company and the suggestions are routed by email to appropriate concerned person. Being web enabled, end user can provide suggestion Anonymously.

7. HR Databank

Manpower Approval process for Department heads. HR publishes the vacancies. Candidates – both internal and external – can post their resume against vacancies. HR scrutinizes candidate’s profile and arranges interviews. Interview results are stored in the application. Resume status is tracked at each stage. The post resume module is web-enabled.

8. Notes ‘C’ API

The notes ‘C’ API, provides the facility to create dll files and add functionality to functioning of Domino Server. The Project blocks Brute Force Attack of the hacker on notes based website. The Basic logic is any user having 4 failed logins, his username is locked. The unlocking process is automatically / manual as desired by the client. Similar locking facility is provided for failed attempts from particular IP addresses.
