Human Resources Management is an application developed to manage the HR processes within an organization that includes 3 main modules: Recruitment, Courses and Staff. The application can be accessed both from the Notes Client as well as Web client. The role of HRM starts at the point when an organization needs to recruit new people in the different departments. Any person can apply for any of the positions in the organization. There is an approval cycle for the same. The HRM also handles the process flow for appraisals and trainings for the employees.
This application was also deployed using Websphere as the application server and Lotus Domino as the HTTP server. The servlets used JDBC drivers, and using simple SQL queries the data was fetched and inserted into Notes.

TELEPHONE EXPENSE CLASSIFICATION FOR MCKINSEY KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT CENTER, GURGAON
The Mckinsey Knowledge Management Center, comprises of 140 members. MCKC members need to make telephone calls on a regular basis. It is required that each such telephone call made as part of research for a particular project be associated with the charge code of the project. Every user is assigned a user code that is entered as part of the dialing string while making the telephone call.
The organization uses a Definity EPBAX from Tata Telecom Ltd. The software associated with the EPBAX gives the organization the ability to take a regular extract of the telephone call log. Beforehand, this was made available on a user wise basis to individual consultants in MS Excel format, who then enter the requisite charge code against each entry.
The application runs at the Corporate Office In Gurgaon. With users at the eight GO locations working with local copies of the application databases on their individual desktops. These databases are replicated with the Domino server at the Corporate Office at regular intervals for exchange of updates.

The application helps the organization build up a knowledge base to support sales & marketing personnel so that the company can have a complete picture of all the prospective Customers and can always follow with these customers at regular interval of time after understanding their area of business. Besides this, it includes the introduction of suspect in a company and covers the whole process till it converts to a relationship i.e. lead management, follow-ups and request for invoicing. It had to be implemented in different locations of the Client Company and thus maintaining the security of the system according to the user roles and locations.
As a Groupware Analyst, she was responsible for designing the application using the features like workflow, section security and edit access control. She had provided the security to the database using the concept of "Reader names" and "Author names". Reports generation was done using the Crystal Reports and Notes. She was also responsible for the coding, unit and integration testing.

The application developed for Transmarco Data Systems (S) PTE Ltd., Singapore creates a set of inter-linked automated processes so as to minimize data entry by users. Few modules like Pre-Service process for Invoiced Service Entities, Pre-Service process for contracted service entities, Loan and collect process, third party repair process and project tracking process were included besides the basic CRM module. The application provides the continuous connectivity of Lotus Notes with the SQL Server and the FoxPro database with the help of which data gets updated both in Notes and SQL database. It also provides the facility of logging a call on web, and faxing and paging services directly from Lotus Notes.
As a Groupware Analyst, she was responsible for designing the system, databases, forms & views, coding, testing and connectivity with SQL and FoxPro and MS Access with Lotus Notes and creating the Crystal Reports and the VB interface required for viewing the reports and implementation at the client site.

The application that is a full-fledged CRM package provides an automated environment at four different locations where the users of each location can view the data pertaining to their respective locations and the locations reporting to them.
As a Groupware Analyst, she was in-charge of the process flow in Lotus Notes, coding and testing and documentation of the enhancements added to the application. She was also involved in creating the web interface for the clients to log a complaint against the service entities that they have, so that they are able to view the status of their complaints as well. She was involved in creating the Crystal Reports and the VB interface required for viewing the reports as well as maintaining the security issues of the application
She was also involved in the migration of the application from 4.6 to R5.

This application was first designed on Notes 4.6, and then was migrated from 4.6 to Version 5.0. This also included changing the security of the application according to the new Organizational Hierarchy.
She was responsible for designing the system, designing the databases Forms, ACL Rights & Views, Writing the Agents, Coding & Implementation, Integration with Oracle database and creation of Crystal reports using Notes directly.
She was also involved in the migration of the application from 4.6 to R5, and changing the security of the application accordingly.

The workflow is to operate between these distributors and the Sales, Accounting and Stores Departments at BCL. The primary needs being addressed by this application are procedure based and streamlined communication with distributors, and MIS generation based on the information gathered during the workflow. CSPM combines flexible and powerful features that are ideally suited for organizations and provides multi-location support. It provides an easy to use edit features to enable user to manipulate information within the application.
This application was first designed on Notes 4.6, and then was migrated from 4.6 to Version 5.0.
Her responsibility included designing the system, designing the database Forms, ACL Rights & Views, Writing the Agents, Coding & Implementation, Integration.

She was in-charge of creating the crystal reports and the VB interface for the 3 locations each having a different set of reports, creating the master forms in Lotus Notes and connectivity of Notes with MS Access
SPARES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Spares Management System is a comprehensive system; the front-end is developed in VB with data existing in MS Access and supported by Lotus Notes for connectivity across different branches of organisation in the Country. Countrywide tracking of spares movement is facilitated through this Application.
She was in-charge of creating the forms in Visual Basic, connectivity of Lotus Notes with MS Access and the replication of the data from one location to the other, unit testing and integrated testing, as well as creating crystal reports for the application.
