PROJECTS HANDLED:
PROJECT#1
Component name: adopter box.
Customer name : hi-tech toolings ltd.
Purpose of Component : This is used in Wrist Watches.
For this one I have taken the details from the assemble drawing which was given to me for the
manufacturing the mould. After taking of the details ii have given the raw material order and I
have get it done the premachinings by keeping the allowances. I have done the grinding as per
the drawing. and I marked the hole position and the cavity profile and core profiles. I have done
the all drilling and milling works as per the drawing sizes by keeping allowance for sparking and
for cnc wire cutting.. After that I have given the materials to the heat treatment which has to be
heattreated.after coming from the heat treatment I have done the final grinding according to the
dimensions and to maintain the fit between core insert to core plate and cavity insert to the cavity
plate. And I have done the fitting work. After that I have done the sparking as per the core and
cavity profiles and dimensions. After that I have done the polishing of core and cavity. And finally I
have assembled the all the parts as per the mould drawing.

Purpose of component : this is used to cover the transformer part in the adaptor
