Job Description
· As Instrument and Control technician- Responsible in unit sequence functional testing of Motor Operated Valves, Pneumatic control Valves, Pump’s breaker and Process instruments, which includes Input/Output Module failure simulation, DCIS Redundancy Test and Voltage Verification. Carryout loop checking and functional test to check completeness of total loop from field to control room, which includes bench and field calibration (if necessary) of control valves, smart & non- smart transmitters (level, flow, temperature & pressure transmitters), switches, VMS and fire & gas detectors with their analog/digital alarms and trips.
· As Instrument and Electrical QC inspector- in-charge in the installation of Instrument/Electrical equipments, to preclude conflict with other crafts and ensure that they are properly erected and complies to plant standard design/specifications. Witness the calibration of instruments and ensure the required certification is produced. Perform updating of instrument’s installation/documentation package and coordinating with related discipline in preparation for turn over and acceptance of the client. Review all contractors test records for traceability and completeness.
· As Electrical Staff engineer- Perform electrical estimates and prepare bill of materials as well as bid documentation for contract proposal. Assigned in various residential and commercial projects, responsible for manpower, equipment mobilization and project supervision.
