at their manufacturing site at Pithampur, Working as In charge of Ophthalmic section
This is the first pharmaceutical plant having ISO 14000 Certification along with ISO
9001 Certification from BVQI. The plant is approved by South African Regulatory
Agency and has facility for Tablet, Capsule, Ophthalmic, Liquid & Injectables
preparation and having a production value of approx. 200 Crores per annum.
Responsibilities included preparation of monthly / weekly
production plan, confirm the availability of RM/PM to achieve the plan, control the
production of ophthalmic department, to execute the daily production plan, to
investigate bottlenecks of unusual delays and expedite solutions so that normal
production may be resumed, calibration of equipment and documentation,
preparation of monthly EXCOM (productivity) reports and W.I.P. report, waste
reduction and yield improvement, implementation of cGMP requirements in the
department, System implementation as per Quality Management System -ISO 9001.
