JOB PROFILE : Design of injection moulds and product
development using Pro/E and AutoCAD.
Here are few critical tools & products designed by me.

 Dual flush project contains some twenty products, which were successfully developed, designed and manufactured. It contains injection moulds for same parts from simplest two plate moulds to very complex unscrewing mould and hydraulic mechanical core pulling mould.

 Dual flush Housing : It was a single cavity mould with hydraulic as well as mechanical side core pulling with internal ribs and hinge action.

 Dual flush C-Tube: It was a two-cavity mould with hydraulic as well as mechanical side core pulling.

 Screw Ring : It was a six cavity unscrewing mould, unscrewing mechanism developed in house with rack and pinion mechanism, driven through hydraulic cylinder.

 Insulator : I have developed mould for Nylon insulator this product is used in stepper motor. It is very thin wall and complex shape insulator. We developed 15 different type of insulators.

 Watch components : I have developed mould for different components like Cases, Bands, used in watch for the company like Timex, Titan, HMT, Allwyn, Classic etc.

 Fan: It was a two-cavity mould developed for KPT. It has got complex shape and runout required after cooling was within 0.02 mm.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT :

 Tube top closure for Fair & Lovely
developed exclusively for European market.

 20-410 and 24-410 closure and actuator for Shampoo Product.

 Alpha closure for Johnson’s baby Oil & Shampoo product.

 Spray Pumps for Perfume, Dosing Caps for Medical Use.

 Telecom connectors used by Dept. of Telecommunication.

 Watch products like Straps, Cases and Buckles.

Post Diploma in “On Job Training” passed in 1997 in Design Department.
