I have completed my Undergraduate studies. I started my career in 1999 as a Medical Transcriptionist at Heartland-Asia. Here i got my training and am employed by the same. I am a second level Quality Analyst here. I am hardworking. I enjoy my work. We handle around 20 to 25 clients (Hospitals) so i have exposure in almost all worktypes.. such as Radiology, Pediatrics, etc.. I handle a team of MTs and QAs also, constantly keeping track of their productivity and giving feedbacks. I am still working for the same Company, but want a change for the better.
