B.R.R. SECURITY VAULT is a division of B.R.R. International Modaraba. Vault provides safe deposit locker service to general public and custodial & management services for shares/securities to corporate customers. Here two different platforms are in use, locker operation system is based on Apple Macintosh and custodial & management and other systems are maintained on PC using latest visual tools.

PROJECTS

LOCKER OPERATION SYSTEM
This system maintains safe deposit locker clients data, their visits to locker, payments. Prints renewal letters for clients, financial reports like income realization, and several other reports.

COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This system manages inventory record for securities pledged as collateral with our corporate clients and keeps record of securities’ market value, prepares valuation of securities as per Prudential Regulations to safe guard the financing.

Responsibilities:
 Analysis, design, development, implementation, and operation.
 Database splitted in front end and back end, which is served by a server, running on MS Windows NT 4.0 and accessed by 15 MS Windows95/NT-WS clients.
 Queries are used for processing data for reports.

Environment:
MS Access97 under MS Windows NT.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This system manages securities’ inventory position owned/purchased by our corporate clients and kept in our safe custody, keeps track of securities’ purchase and sale proceeds with Stock Exchange Brokers/Financial Institutions. Watches securities’ books closure for the announcement of dividend/bonus etc.

Responsibilities:
 Analysis, design, development, implementation, and operation.
 Database splitted in front end and back end, which is served by a server, running on MS Windows NT 4.0 and accessed by 15 MS Windows95/NT-WS clients.
 Functions written for processing of data for reports.
 Macros are used for repetitive actions.

PAYROLL SYSTEM
The Payroll System is designed to take full advantage of visual age. Keeping in mind our vault’s secure environment, employees’ photos and their signatures are also stored in the Database.

 Maintain personnel & administrative detail of over 150 employees and generate their payroll automatically, takes care of all allowances, deductions, accruals, leave and generates pay slips automatically.

INVOICE SYSTEM
This system generates computerized invoices for our clients taking different services from the Vault and maintains record of receipts and receivables, also keep cabinets occupancy status for our custodial & management services as well.
