Project Name : Integrated Financial Accounting & Inventory Control system(VISACC).

Description : VISACC is an Integrated Business Software package designed to fulfill the Business Software requirements of Organizations. It is Multi Company, Multi Currency, and Multi User Management Information system. It mainly consists of Masters, Transactions, Queries, Reports & Admin. Masters mainly consists of creating Schedule Codes, Groups and Chart of Accounts. Transactions caters to day-to-day operations like Cash/Bank Payments, Receipts, Journal Vouchers, PDC entries, Sales Invoices, Purchase Bills etc, Query to view information like Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Cash/Bank Book, Customer /Supplier Credit/Debit Status, Trail Balance, PDC Details etc. Reports Module to generates reports on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Trail Balance, PDC details & Management related reports. Admin Module takes care of Security of the System. In Inventory the Masters consist of creating Inventory Setup, Items Creation, and Locations. Transactions take care of operations like Purchase Orders, Bills and Returns, Goods Issues, Sales Returns, Location Transfers and Adjustments and Letter of Credit etc. Query to view Purchase and Sales Analysis. The Masters included setting up of production modules, their cost centers etc. The transaction included accounting of the Product Schedule, Material requisition, Material order, supply, Details of quality assurance, testing of electronic equipment etc. Reports included the bill of quantity, Bill of Expense,Total cost involvement, and finally overall production analysis.
