· Check cleaning and removal of welding slug and spatter.
· Check layers and throat thickness at fillet welding in accordance with the related specification(s).
· Check of shop fabricated spool pieces and position and direction of branch pipes.
· Checks progresses of pipe rack, sleeper, and structure erection works at site, and report it to the Chief Piping Supervisor as necessary information for preparing piping work schedule.
· Check installation of temporary supports necessary for reducing stress to nozzles of equipment during piping work execution around the equipment, especially rotary machinery.
· Check correct use of brushes and grinding stone specified for stainless steel materials.
· Check correct installation of the globe valve, check valve, and "Y" type valves from the point of direction of flow in the line
· Check the item Number and correct installation of following parts from point of direction flow in the line. Item to include restriction orifice, "Y" type strainer, oval meter, steam trap, bucket type strainer, turbine meter, control valve, spectacle blind, breather valve, level instrument, level gauge, sample cooler, spring hanger, temperature instrument, orifice plate and safety relief valve.
· Prepare the test flow sheets for lines
· Check correct connection and installation of the lines and equipment base on the test flow sheets.
· Check the chlorine ion content, of test water as specified for stainless steel line(s).
· Checks welding of vent plug at the process, utility oil, or gas lines, in case of the line venting without valve.
· Check the cold set point of the spring hanger and removal of shipping lock pin and prepare the status list of it.
· Check removal of shipping lock pin for expansion joint, and prepare the status list of it.
· Check removal of temporary blind plates used for test and flushing and prepare the re-installation status reports.
· Check the installation of the restriction orifice.
· Check the situation as an open or close of the spectacle blind plate(s) in accordance with the pre-commissioning procedure.
· Check replacement of the permanent gasket by new one.

· In-charge in the inspection and execution of chemical cleaning of Net Gas Compressor Suction line as required by the specification.
· Monitoring of chemical analysis while the cleaning of the line was in progress.
