License Monitoring and Routing of Export Cleared Documents
Team size = 4 Members
“Routing of Export Cleared Documents” is a post-shipment activity that takes care of maintenance of data after export so that they are easily available in the specified format required. This activity mainly involves maintenance of export data and using this data various reports are prepared
“PCFC Monitoring” activity involves availing PCFC (Packing Credit Foreign Currency) a benefit scheme of obtaining loan for making pre-shipment payment of raw materials to be imported, and also maintenance of the obtained PCFC by checking export that have to be routed through PCFC, so that PCFC payment are routed properly.
“License Monitoring” activity involves monitoring of various licenses of the company to check the status of any license at any given time. It also involves obtaining a license called DEPB (Duty Entitlement Pass Book) based on the invoices that are realized. This DEPB scheme claimed on certain percentage of exported amount helps to import raw materials worth that amount duty free.
The system is user friendly, interactive and menu driven to access various information required by the user. It has the features of consistency, accuracy and speed for processing of various related data to export. The data is provided in various format as per requirement of various department of the company. Reports related to realization monitoring, license summary status, outstanding/realization/collection were being generated.
2. Quotation Sheet:
Team Size = 1 member
Whenever a customer asks for the price of the goods manufactured, he gives his requirements and based on this, price is quoted. This was done in Excel before implementing in SAP as there existed a problem of tracing the old data. Each and every data of every customer is being stored in the database and retrieved whenever required.
3. Quality Assurance Certificate:
Team Size = 3 members.
Various modules related to Quality of the goods supplied to the customers. Here 5 different modules were developed namely, Quality certificate, Micro-section, Thermal resistance and certificates generated.
4. Consignment Stock:
Team Size = 3 Members
This report was done keeping in mind the link b/n the commercial and Original invoices.
Here there was no track of Invoices and billing doc as billing was done only when the customers withdrew products from their warehouse. Here my role was of creating screens necessary for the transaction, linking the invoice number (Commercial to Original), developing reports and also printing of Barcode label in SAP
5. Cost Analysis Report:
Team Size = 1 Member
This report was done to get the actual cost V/s planned cost.
Here cost (actual) incurred in each cost center for different process and time taken in each center was calculated against the planned costs, which resulted in Cost/net Sqmtr. Also, a report related to breakup for production costs was generated which later was made use in various analysis.
6. Autodeal - Web based transaction
Team size = 25 Members
This project was done as a part of the curriculum. The project was done at the Datacons Private Limited, Bangalore. The team size was 25 plus.
Datacons Private Limited developed Total Dealer Management System (TDMS) for Toyota, Bangalore in order to execute their marketing activities in a more timely and efficient manner. The following were the major functions (modules) of the TDMS: Pre-sales, Sales, Services and Spare Parts Management, Finance and Office Automation.
Autodeal was implemented using a 3 -Tier Architecture with XML, HTML as the client end, Active Server Pages (ASP) as the middleware to implement COM and Oracle 8x as the RDBMS.
I worked in the Presales module of the project and was in-charge of the Personal detail sub-module. The sub-module included Screens, Formats.
7. Payroll System:

This project was done as a part of internal evaluation at the College. The project was done at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore
The project deals with Personal and Pay information of the employees. The project was done using Developer 2000 Forms 4.5 as the front-end and Oracle 7.0 as the back-end.
8. Student Information System (SIS):

This project was done as a part of internal evaluation at the College. The project was done at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore
The project deals with Personal and Academic information of the students. The project was done using Developer 2000 Forms 4.5 as the front-end and Oracle 7.0 as the back-end.
Also, worked on some Mini Project in SAP (MM, FI and SD modules) and generated some reports for batch data copying and mass upload , successfully implemented a program (ftp download file) from developer 2000 to SAP( Checklist) and dialogue programming in SAP for AT&S India Limited.
Also, some layout sets for Export Invoice, Packing List, Quotation sheets, Micro Section report, Quality Certificate, order acknowledgements, purchase orders, BAP file extraction, cheque printing.
