RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Iam familiar with Chemical engineering equipments, Distillation & Absorption columns,Design of industrial chemical process plant, Erection ,fabrication, Commissioning , Production & general engineering works.
Work Details:
1. In the initial stage for commissioning of the plant I had co-ordinated with contractor’s activities with compliance to specification, requirement and procedure, work instructions, details specification, job site supervision of contractors,carry out inspection, lines connectivity, fit up and visual inspection as per project specification, code and requirement.
2. Iam responsible for the co-ordination of workers’ activities with compliance to specification, requirement and procedures of work at job sites.Assisting in the manpower planning and scheduling for the project department, control and monitor budget within plan.
3. I had takenup repair activities at site, documentation and submit to project department for billing, maintained good documentation up to completion of project.
4. I conducted job site meetings and co-ordinated with all departments on progress, activities for trouble shooting. I designed column & evaporators for the plant and calculated mass & energy balance for total plant.
5. I had conducted safety toolbox meeting for workers and contractors and responsible for the equipment/tools and machine signed out for site work.
6. I had carried all other management objectives as and when required with extension to the company associated businesses.
7. Iam engaged in design , co ordination & management of process production
8. Took the lead role in erection & commissioning of the plant
9. Responsibility for the production & target achievement & Optimisation
