• Developed and implemented the method of project monitoring at micro level for the smooth and fast execution of the projects.

• Handled full on-site construction management at Sanjay Gandhi Thermal Power Station, MPEB, Birsinghpur (MP) for the following work:

 Fuel Oil Handling System for Units-1,2,3&4(Project cost : Rs.46.0 Million).
 Fire Detection, Alarm & Protection System for Units-1&2(Project cost : Rs.89.0 Million).
 Fire Detection, Alarm & Protection System for Units-3&4(Project cost : Rs.47.0 Million).
• Trained, supervised and evaluated staff, coached improvement management skills.
