assemblies in the Aircraft cockpit. The assembly consists of over 200 precision components. Solid Modeling was developed from the 2D inputs, and assembly was done.

Curriculum PROJECT :

Title : DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF PNEUMATIC
GRINDER.

Description :

Grinder is special type in which air as a inlet fluid to rotate the impeller and converts the pressure energy to mechanical energy which rotate the grinding wheel at the shaft end.
This grinder is used for grinding light weight material and finishing purpose.
The project consists of two parts
1. Designing
2. Fabrication
In design part we design the grinder blade by using the nozzle type, air speed as main data, the design of shaft by using the air velocity, and various forces acting on the blade. In the fabrication part by using the data from design we fabricate the blade, shaft and the casing.
