>>Worked for 2 years as a Microbiologist in Kasturba Medical College Manipal during M.Sc course.
>>Spend two weeks as a visitor observer in the Department of Clinical Virology Vellore (Christain Medical College and Hospital) & observed various tests carried out in the different sections. These included ELISA and Immunoloblot testing for HIV antibody, hepatitis viruses marker marker testing by automated instrumemtation and certain cell culture based diagnostic techniques , CD4 & CD8 estimation aswell as molecular detection by PCR of certain viruses like-CMV and HCV.
