DESCRIPTION
Reach is a Customer Relations Management System developed as an off the shelf package which can cater to the needs of various companies in the Service industry. It consists of Modules such as Control Centre, Customer Profile Management, Call Centre, Service & Support, Contract Management, Material Management, Help Desk, Marketing Management and Knowledge Base.
The Basic package comprises of the modules Control Centre (Standard Exe) and Customer Profile Management (ActiveX DLL). All other modules are ActiveX DLLs, which are supplied as Add-ins that could be added or removed easily by the end user.

DESCRIPTION
Oasys is a tailor made on-line system developed for Saeed Ali Est. Al Qahtani ReadyMix, Dammam, KSA. This system manages the entire activities of the Client in the areas of Production, Accounting, Inventory and Personnel Management.
Production system deals with the management of various Customer Projects and delivery of the concrete mix designs at the appropriate sites as per reserved schedule. Online reservations of mix designs are made by the customer for the specified dates and as per that a batch production is started and finally delivery is made at the sites. After each batch is terminated a sample is taken and a test report is generated and submitted to the management with various other reports. The system generates various graphical reports for the better understanding of the Production details at the plant.
The Personnel & Payroll system generates the Monthly Payroll slips for the employees after the calculation of the Over time payments and other standard and non-standard deductions. Daily attendances of the Employees are entered to the system. The system generates various reports for the management such as Monthly Pay summary, Passport/Iqama expired employees, Outstanding loans, Increment & Promotion Details, Vaction Due Report, Daily/Monthly Attendance report, etc to name a few.
The Accounting system is completely linked with the Production System. Depending on the sales of the Mix Designs, Invoices are printed by the Accounts Department. The system automatically updates the corresponding Customer Accounts. The system generates various reports such as Salesman wise sales summary, Statement of Accounts for the Customers, Outstanding Payments together with other Accounting Reports.
The whole system is totally integrated, with the ultimate control to the Administrator. The Administrator can access to each and every function for the Users in the different modules.

AlHisaab Accounting System is a very simple and powerful Accounting System with simplified and much friendly user interface. This is a dual language system in which user can select either English or Arabic interface. The system generates the reports needed by any Accounts Department such as Statement of Accounts, Account Summary, General Ledger, Multiple Trial Balance Reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, Aging Report for Creditors and Debtors, etc to name a few. Also the system has automatic back up facility.

DESCRIPTION
InnSight manages the entire processing of a hotel like Front Office, Financial Accounting, Store Inventory, Food and Beverage, Point of Sale and Payroll & Personnel Information System. InnSight is an online system. The Front Office of the System is designed to streamline the Front Desk, Reservations, Billing, etc and provides a control over the Guests. The Back Office of the InnSight is an integrated system to match the needs of the users in the areas of Financial Accounting, Stores Inventory and Account Receivable. Food & Beverage costing helps in evaluating the costs to work sales targets and achieve profit margins. The Payroll & Personnel Information System is designed for the retrieval of information regarding the Employees and the payment of the Employees on monthly basis with all requirements like increments and deductions. The System Administrator restricts access to the various modules of the System to various users by granting access permissions for the Users and Terminals.
Night Auditing System summarizes the entire transactions of the day. It clears all the Transaction entries, updates the corresponding Masters and finally generates the various Reports of the Day.
Personnel Information System stores and retrieves various informations regarding the Employees in an effective, efficient and user-friendly manner. These include information regarding Employees' Personal, Document, Service, Pay and other details. Payroll System generates the monthly pay slips after calculation of monthly gross income, monthly deductions and net income. It also records the pay slip information for later reference and correspondingly updates the Employee information. The system also generates various reports needed by the Company.
