: Project #1: COMPUTERISATION OF N.C. LAYOUT SHEET: (B.E. Project):
: Description: The project objective is to computerize the N.C. Layout Sheet. Basically N.C. Layout Sheet is manually drawn A2 size sheet which holds the details of drawings, operation sequence, project duration and details of N.C.tape, m/c details, tool details, fixture and jig details, m/c location details.
: The N.C. Layout Sheet is supplied to the m/c operator to manufacture the component. If there any change in the component design we have to re-draw the drawings and operations sequences. It is very tedious process by manual.
: If any modifications in design the concern person has to redraw the whole drawing and it is time consuming work. Editing drawing is very easy and time saving with our software. Here we are importing the drawing from AutoCAD, Micro Station, DIAD to the FoxPro in neutral format and taking printout within no time. Thus our software speeds-up the process of N.C.Layout Sheet preparation and saves lot of time, storage space and manual work. And we made N.C. Sheet compact to the size A3.

: Description : The objective is to separate the foreign matter from food grains. For example Rice may contain various seeds, stones, sand, glass, dust, broken rice, immature grains, husk, coal bits and even ferrous and non-ferrous metal particles. Using Destoner we can easily separate the foreign matters contained in any food grains.
: Working principle: The machine Destoner works on the principle of difference in densities of the matter. This being the first attempt in making a small destoner of capacity 2.5-kg of mixture per minute, the prototype has considerable importance.
